Stream to your heart’s content with fast, free WiFi. If you need that wifi for work or school, we have you covered. The two bedrooms in the Derby Wing, which can be shut off from other areas for privacy, have desks so that you can be comfortable when you’re remoting in.

Stay Fresh

1870 House has a first-floor washer and dryer available for your laundry needs. We’ve left you some laundry detergent pods to get started. We’ll also have basic toiletries available when you check in, because there’s nothing worse than getting to your destination and realizing you forgot your Dopp kit!

A kitchen stocked with cookware and an outdoor grill await you at 1870 House. Cook meals based on your fresh and delicious finds from the dozens of incredible local farms and producers in the area. Looking to dine out, or an easy delivery situation? You’re surrounded by great options, including those within walking distance.

Stay Entertained

At 1870 House, there’s a large smart TV in the downstairs parlor, and a smaller one in the largest upstairs bedroom. And from roller rinks to theater, there are multiple great entertainment options in the area.
